Minnesota teens win scholarship cash for essays and videos on biodiesel. Four recent graduates from Minnesota high schools have been named as recipients of the 2018 Clean Air Choice Biodiesel Scholarship. The scholarship is administered by the American Lung Association in Minnesota on behalf of the Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council.
